Canada's 13th seed Milos Raonic enjoyed a comfortable 6-3, 6-4 win over lucky loser Miomir Kecmanovic of Serbia in the quarter-finals of the ATP Masters event in Indian Wells on Thursday. World number 130 Kecmanovic had defied all expectations - including his own - by reaching this stage. He lost in the final round of qualifying but was invited back after Wimbledon finalist Kevin Anderson pulled out injured. But he could make little impact against the powerful serving of Raonic - the Canadian wrapping up victory in one hour and 12 minutes to book a last four tie against either Roger Federer or Poland's Hubert Hurkacz.
