Sports News: Para-athletics coach Nawal Singh ‘disappointed’ with SAI, PCI, says not guilty if contracted COVID-19

A few days ago, para-athletics coach Nawal Singh, who is also a part of national camp had tested positive for COVID-19 and went for home quarantine. A few days later, his latest test showed his results negative and he is apparently looking forward to joining the national camp again. Nawal Singh is of the view and even after being a part of national camp and training top para-athletes of the country, he was not even once contacted by either SAI or PCI. A few days ago, sports minister Kiren Rijiju had attended a session with several members of PCI and also some of the revered para-athletes in the country on the occasion of World Disability Day where he mentioned that all para-athletes and related members are strength and source of inspiration for everyone.
