Tennis : Stefanie Voegele beats 4th seed Sloane Stephens 6-3, 6-0 in Indian Wells 2nd round

Swiss qualifier Stefanie Voegele knocked out fourth seed Sloane Stephens in the second round at Indian Wells on Friday, in the tournament's first upset. Voegele, who is ranked 109 in the world, dropped just three sets and won the last eight games as she won 6-3, 6-0 to advance. The 28-year-old had defeated another American Sachia Vickery 7-5, 6-2 in the first round.
