Indian shuttlers were humiliated by China as they were blanked 0-5 in their second group A encounter in Finland. In the last two dead rubbers of the tie, Commonwealth Games bronze medallist Ashwini Ponnappa and N Sikki reddy lost 16-21 13-21 to Chinese world number 15 Zheng Yu and Li Wen Mei, Du Yue and Feng Yan Zhe beat scratch pair of Kidambi Srikanth and Rutaparna Panda 9-21 9-21 in the mixed doubles match. India lost poorly to Thailand in group A opening encounter 1-4 and now losing to China 0-5.
