Tokyo Olympics : BWF boss on cancelled Olympic qualification events: Not preferred but everyone has accepted

Badminton was thrown into disarray due to Covid-19 with a string of tournaments axed, including some that were qualifying events for the Games. Indian stars Saina Nehwal and Srikanth Kidambi both failed to make the cut because they were out of the top 16 of the Race to Tokyo rankings. The list of participants in the Olympic badminton tournament will be released on Monday.
