World number one Novak Djokovic eased into the semi-finals at the Western & Southern Open for a record-equalling eighth time on Wednesday. He overcame big-hitting German Jan-Lennard Struff, who was playing in his first Masters 1000 quarter-final, 6-3, 6-1. If Djokovic beats Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut in the last four, he will be just one win away from equalling Rafael Nadal's record haul of 35 Masters 1000 trophies.
