Tennis: Ashleigh Barty ousted Petra Kvitova to advance in Australian Open semis

World number one Ashleigh Barty recorded a victory over two-time Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova in the round of 16 to keep her chances alive of being the first Australian to win the Australian Open in 42 years. The top-ranked Australian defeated Kvitova 7-6 (6), 6-2 to advance in last eight in Melbourne. Barty will face American Sofia Kenin Australian Open semi-final.
