The Katara International Arabian Horse Festival in Doha, Qatar climaxed on Saturday with the announcement of winners in four competing categories. More than 250 horses from 12 countries were taking part in the event, which was held at the Katara cultural village. Sundown KA was awarded the gold medal in the senior stallions category, with Noft Alnayfat taking the top prize in the senior mares - both the unanimous choice of the 11 judges. The junior colts title went to Muranas Nader, while Maria Magdalena NWA wowed the judges in the junior fillies category. The festival concluded with a fireworks display at Katara esplanade.
