Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri ruled out his side's chances of winning back the Italian Serie A title this season.
Speaking on the eve of their visit to Empoli, Allegri said that Juventus have strong chances to clinch a top-four finish in the league, but reaching first place is now "impossible."
Inter Milan, then coached by former Juventus midfielder Antonio Conte, denied the 'Bianconeri' a 10th consecutive league title in the 2020-21 campaign.
This time around Juventus are in fourth, nine points behind Serie A leaders AC Milan, while defending champions Inter are in second place behind the 'Rossoneri' by two points, but have a game in hand.
Empoli, who upset Juventus 1-0 in Turin in their first meeting earlier this season, are in 13th.
