54 NSF's derecognised? What's the story?

With 54 National Sports federations being derecognized on the order of the Delhi High Court, the situation is not something so alarming that India has not seen before. We have seen the IOA being derecognized, we have also seen our athletes participating under the neutral flag on account of erring NSF's. The recognition will be granted, but will the same story continue. With continuous judicial intervention, has Indian Sport been taken over by the judiciary, or are they forced to take over and intervene. The biggest doubt, of course, is whether the Judiciary is being used as a tool by the powers that be, to satisfy their personal desires.
