Tennis: Wimbledon Championships to go ahead on original plan despite coronavirus pandemic

Although the French Open officials postponed the tournament until September due to coronavirus pandemic, but Wimbledon organisers said they are still planning to play the Grand Slam as planned this year. Wimbledon is scheduled to run from June 29 to July 12. The organisers remain hopeful that Wimbledon will be able to go ahead if the spread of the coronavirus is slowed.
