India continued with their preparations ahead of their first Group A match against Thailand at the AFC Asian Cup on Sunday.The Blue Tigers, ranked 97th in the latest FIFA rankings, are also set to play against Bahrain and United Arab Emirates in Group A. India, who are playing the tournament for the fourth time, are hoping to improve on their last appearance back in 2011 when they failed to reach the Round of 16. Coach Stephen Constantine exceeded most expectations when he guided the team to qualifuication for the AFC Asian Cup, after the team had failed to make it to the previous edition in 2015.India held China and Oman to a goalless draw, but they lost against Jordan 2-1 in the build-up to the tournament.Defender Salam Ranjan Singh said keeping "a clean sheet" would be the focus during the tournament as the Blue Tigers target a spot in the knock-out stages
