Cricket News : Sharma on Kohli's 100th Test -We want to make it a special one for him'

India's Test captain Rohit Sharma has hailed the legacy of Virat Kohli ahead of his teammates 100th Test.

He changed so many things in the way the team is moving forward. It has been brilliant to watch that. It has been one hell of a ride for him, said Sharma.

Sharma hoped he and his team could make Kohli's centurion Test one to remember when India play Sri Lanka in the opening Test on Friday.

We definitely want to make it a special one for him. We are all prepared for that.

In January, Kohli has stepped down as captain of India's test team after seven years in the position.

Kohli led the team for 68 matches and won 40 of them, making him India's most successful test captain.
