Badminton News: Sindhu, Praneeth reach semi-final, Saina cries foul

After witnessing 71 minutes of high-voltage purely energized match at the BWF World Championships quarter-final, India’s ace shuttler PV Sindhu was all in joy and celebrated her victory over Chinese Taipei’s Tai Zu Ying, someone who has a much superior record against her, when it comes to comparing head-to-head between the two. By the end of the match, the score line read as 12-21, 23-21 and 21-19 following which, the shuttler also registered her place in the semi-final of the tournament. Also, Sindhu has already booked a medal in the tournament while making her way to the semis.
