Stipe Miocic revelled in the feel-good factor of ending his trilogy Daniel Cormier as UFC heavyweight champion. Miocic: "I felt good, I feel like I did a good job. I could have did better, there’s a lot of things I didn’t do great. Listen, when you’ve got two guys who fight each other three times it’s going to happen, nothing’s going to go perfect. Because you can never let it go to the judges, so I don’t worry about that. At the end I ask my coach what do you think? It doesn’t matter if I’m up four [rounds] – nothing, I’m going for it in that fifth round, I don’t care. But I felt confident and when he [the announcer] said 49-46 for two of the judges, I knew I had it.
