A medical car ran over an injured player's foot during a match between Trindade and Flamengo in the Under-20 Copa Sao Paulo in Brazil on Sunday. Trindade's Bernardo was on the ground struggling with back pain when the medical car was called in. However, the car's driver ran the right wheel of the car over the player's foot by mistake when approaching him. Bernardo resumed play afterwards and did not seem to complain about his foot. Copa Sao Paulo is Brazil's most popular Under-20 tournament. It is organised by the Sao Paulo State Federation and is held throughout January, with 120 teams participating in this year's edition.
