Football: 'A blind guy can realise Haaland is fantastic' - Guardiola

Pep Guardiola has praised Erling Haaland ahead of Manchester City's Champions League quarter-final with Borussia Dortmund. The two sides meet at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday for the first leg of the tie. "Yeah, he's a fantastic striker, everybody knows it. A blind guy will realise he's a good striker, it's not necessary to be a manager to realise this," said Guardiola when asked about the young striker. Manchester City have not progressed beyond the quarter-final stage of the Champions League since Guardiola joined the club ahead of the 2016/17 season.
