Stephane Peterhansel won stage 9 of the Dakar Rally to maintain his race lead, 12 seconds ahead of Nasser Al-Attiyah on Tuesday in Neom, Saudi Arabia. Kevin Benavides won the bike race ahead of Ricky Brabec in second and overall leader Jose Ignacio Cornejo Florimo in the third spot.
