Reigning champion Gabriele Tarquini and Sweden's Thed Bjork won races two and three at the World Touring Car Cup season-opening round in Morocco on Sunday. Tarquini benefited when BRC team-mate Nicky Catsburg had crashed in race two when he was in the lead on lap 11. Tarquini won by 3.3 seconds from WRT's Jean-Karl Vernay, with Cyan Performance's Yann Ehrlacher in third. In race three, Yann Muller was the early leader but slowed, allowing Bjork, from the new Lynk & Co 03 team to win ahead of Comtoyou Audi's Frederic Vervisch and Mikel Azcona from PWR Racing in third.
