Serena Williams fought back to beat Bernarda Pera on her WTA return at the inaugural Top Seed Open in Lexington, Kentucky. The former world number one - who is the top seed - came through her Round of 32 match 4-6, 6-4, 6-1. Next up - she'll face either her sister, Venus, or Victoria Azarenka for a place in the quarter-finals.
