Football: Iran beat Vietnam 2-0 to stay on top of Group D of AFC Cup

Iran extended their lead at the top of Group D with after beating Vietnam 2-0 in the Asian Cup. Carlos Queiroz's men took the lead in the 38th minute after Sardar Azmoun's header. Vietnam almost equalised in the 52nd minute but Nguyen Cong Phuong couldn't beat keeper Alireza Beiranvand. Azmoun then found the back of the net again in the 69th minute to make it 2-0 and top the group with six points.
