Football: 'I want to finish what we started' - Eugenie Le Sommer

'I'm looking forward to finishing what we started ... the Champions League is my favourite' Olympique Lyonnais star forward Eugenie Le Sommer is delighted that she will now get the chance to compete for her fifth UEFA Women's Champions League title in a row. Lyon will play Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals on 21st August. The final is scheduled to take place on 30th August at the Anoeta Stadium, San Sebastián. In a decade at the club the 31-year-old has been a driving force behind Lyon's phenomenal success, which has realised ten Division 1 Féminine trophies, and six Champions League triumphs. She has scored 169 league goals in 9-and-a-bit seasons with Lyon. Le Sommer has also scored 52 goals in 116 appearances for France stretching back to her debut in 2009.
