Olympique Lyonnais and France forward Eugenie Le Sommer has not played a football match since 10th March when she featured in France's 3-3 draw with the Netherlands in the Tournoi de France. And her next match is not scheduled until 22nd August when Lyon face Bayern Munich for a place in the semi-finals of the Women's Champions League. In a decade at Lyon, the 31-year-old has been a driving force behind Lyon's phenomenal success, which has realised ten Division 1 Féminine trophies, and six Champions League triumphs. She has scored 169 league goals in 9-and-a-bit seasons with Lyon. Le Sommer has also scored 52 goals in 116 appearances for France stretching back to her debut in 2009
