Cricket News: IPL 2020 Qualifier 1 - Delhi to face Mumbai in Dubai

Delhi and defending champions Mumbai will lock horns in Dubai in qualifier 1 for a place in IPL 2020 final. The winning team will book a spot in the final while the losing side will. The losing side will get a lifeline and both sides will be looking to avoid playing the extra match. Delhi beat Bangalore by 6 wickets in their last match to make it to no. 2 spot in IPL 2020 points table. Delhi's batting will revolve around Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, captain Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant with all-rounders like Marcus Stoinis and Axar Patel to support him from the other end.Shikhar Dhawan is Delhi leading run-scorer this season 525 runs in 14 matches at a personal best average of 47.72 and strike-rate of 145.02 with two centuries to his name. Rabada is the leading wicket-taker of the tournament so far with 25 wickets to his name. Mumbai is eyeing their fifth IPL title. Rohit Sharma-led side are clear favourites but there is still ambiguity on whether he will play the match or not. Mumbai batsmen have performed consistently with Ishan Kishan and Quinton de Kock both firing. Kieron Pollard, Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya will look to build on the momentum down the order.
