Football: Panama edges Dominica 2-1 in CONCACAF World Cup qualifying

Jose Fajardo's 85th minute goal gave Panama a 2-1 win over their host Dominica in a CONCACAF World Cup qualifying match. Adalberto Carrasquilla played the ball into the Dominica box and Fajardo got enough of a touch on it to put it past the goalkeeper Glenson Prince for the go-ahead goal. The tally came five minutes from time and just three minutes after Dominica equalized on a long shot by Audel Laville. Panama's initial goal came in the 28th minute, when Dominica's Briel Thomas redirected the ball past Prince.
