Tennis: Barty eases past Sharapova to reach third round of Cincinnati Masters

The reigning French Open champion and top seed Ashleigh Barty of Australia defeated Russia's Maria Sharapova in straight sets 6-4, 6-1 in one hour and 29 minutes to reach the third round of the Cincinnati Masters.
