News : Mary Kom wishes luck to Special Olympics team

A football team of six athletes with intellectual disability and 5 mainstream athletes from India are going to Chicago to represent the country in Special Olympics Unified Cup. The kids got a rousing send off with 5-time World Champion and Olympic medalist MC Mary Kom present at the ceremony. Having practiced across training camps held every month since March 2018 and regularly in their respective states, the team is geared up to face global competition at the Unified Cup in Chicago
