Boca Juniors introduced defender Marcos Rojo as their first signing of 2021 season at a news conference in Buenos Aires. The 30-year old is joining from Manchester United, where he has played since 2014. He hasn't played a single match in 2020 season, but he's confident he can help Boca's defensive system, highly criticized by local media following elimination at Copa Libertadores semifinals to Santos. Boca Juniors is one of the already six teams qualified for the next edition of the regional tournament, which will have its draw on Friday in Paraguay.
