Football News: Real Madrid offered chance to sign Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku?

Real Madrid has apparently been given the opportunity to sign Chelsea attacker Romelu Lukaku.

Lukaku has been widely connected with a variety of different teams in the two months since Inter Milan lost the Champions League final to Manchester City.
