Brighton and Hove Albion have completed the signing of midfielder Adam Lallana from Liverpool. Lallana was out of contract with the English Premier League champions after joining in 2014 from Southampton, and returns to the south coast having agreed a three-year contract with the Seagulls. The 32-year-old said he plans to put his vast domestic and European experience to good use, ''there's a lot of experience that I've been fortunate enough to gather and if I can help in a little way, especially on the younger lads and help guide them, nurture them and improve, then I'd really like to do that.'' Lallana has made 196 Premier League appearances in total, scoring 30 goals and appeared for England in both the 2014 World Cup and 2016 European Championships.
