Carlo Ancelotti admitted his international players were tired as Everton won 3-2 at Fulham to get back to winning ways and returned to the top six in the English Premier League on Sunday. Forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin's hit a brace in the victory, and Ancelotti sees no reason why he can't get the EPL Golden Boot this season.
