Cycling News : J&K teenager cyclist to represent India

Jammu and Kashmir's teenager cyclist Bilal Ahmad Dar will represent India in the upcoming Union Cyclist International Junior World Track Cycling Championship being held in Switzerland in August. Known for his cycling accomplishments in the past as well, the 16 year old is eyeing representing the country in more international events.
