Cycling: Benfatto wins stage 1 of Tour of Taihu Lake in China, Kennett takes overall lead

Marco Benfatto saw off Dylan Kennett in a sprint finish to win the 88.8km Stage 1 of the Tour of Taihu Lake that started and finished in Wuxi , with Kennett taking the overall leader's orange jersey.
