Ashleigh Barty says she has no problem with speaking to the media after matches as Naomi Osaka announced she will not do so at this year's French Open. The world No.2 says it has a negative effect on the mental health of players when they have to speak after a loss. Barty however says she doesn't lose sleep over things that are said and accepts media conferences are part of the sport. The world No.1 and 2 practiced together at Roland Garros on Friday, where Barty will be aiming to reclaim the title she won in 2019.
