Tennis News : 'It felt special' - Zverev on beating Djokovic at Tokyo Games to claim gold medal

Gold medallist, Alexander Zverev, spoke on Sunday about his experience at the Tokyo Olympics and how much it meant for him to beat "the best player in the world this year," Novak Djokovic, to claim the gold medal for his country. "He's incredible. And nobody it seems like nobody can beat him in a big match. And, you know, after doing that and the way I did it, because I was down a set and a break as well, it did feel quite special to me," said the 24-year-old. The German player was speaking ahead of he Cincinnati Open were he has yet to win a match. "I'm 0-6, funny enough ... Cincinnati has not been the biggest success of my career so far, but, hopefully it will change this year," said Zverev.
