As the season nears the end, Olympic gold medallist, Alexander Zverev, said that it has been his best season yet. The German player was speaking ahead of his Indian Wells campaign on Wednesday. "I won the Olympics, that already made it my best year on tour because the Olympics, there's nothing bigger that you can win in sports. That itself makes it the best season of my career," said the 24-year-old. Zverev has never reached the third round in Indian Wells and he hoped that he can change that this time around. "I've never really had a breakthrough here. I've never gone past the fourth round so I hope I can change that and hopefully compete for the title," added Zverev.
