Fourth seed Grigor Dimitrov was relieved to move into the quarter-finals of the Geneva Open on Wednesday after a 6-4, 6-4 win over world number 91 Ilya Ivashka of Belarus. Dimitrov looked to be easing into the last eight when he led by a set and 5-0 and with match point. But the Bulgarian double faulted and Ivashka then reeled off four games in a row before the world number 20 got over the line. Dimitrov - looking for his first ATP title since 2017 - will face Frenchman Arthur Cazaux of Pablo Cuevas of Uruguay in the quarter-finals.
