Serena Williams sets up a meeting with Sloane Stephens in round three of the US Open. Serena Williams looked sharp as she moved into the third round of the US Open. The American beat Margarita Gasparyan 6-2 6-4 to set up a meeting with another former Flushing Meadows champion, Sloane Stephens.
