Star Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat has yet again made the country proud as she clinched a bronze medal at the Wrestling World Championships in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. Phogat defeated two-time world bronze medalist Maria Prevolaraki of Greece by fall in the bronze medal bout of 53 kg freestyle event. She is only the fourth Indian female wrestler to win a medal at the prestigious tournament. The win comes as a double delight for the young Indian wrestler as she won India an Olympic quota in the 53 kg freestyle event earlier in the day.
