Greece's Stefanos Tsitsipas won his first ATP clay-court title by beating Uruguay's Pablo Cuevas 6-3, 7-6(4) in the final of the Estoril Open. The world number ten took his second title of 2019 and the third of his career after eventually getting the better of 33 year-old Cuevas - despite losing his way from a set and break up. Tsitsipas came through the second set tie-break after Cuevas was docked a penalty point after hitting a ball into the crowd in frustration at losing a long rally.
