Golf: Sharvin takes early lead after first day of English Open

Cormac Sharvin has taken the lead in the English Open on Thursday with a eight under par first day - including 10 birdies - in Hertfordshire. Australian pair Jason Scrivener and Min Woo Lee were among the early leaders. David Horwell - with a shot-of-the-day eagle at the 15 - also took the lead earlier this Thursday.
