Kevin Kisner made up for the disappointment of losing in the final of last year's WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play championship by going one better at the Austin Country Club in Texas on Sunday and beating Matt Kuchar 3-and-2. The all-American final came after Kisner and Kuchar put out European opposition in the semis and the third place match saw Open champion Francesco Molinari beat Tiger Woods' conqueror, Lucas Bjerregaard, 4-and-2. The final was a rematch from last year's round of 16, where Kisner beat Kuchar 1up. It was not as tight this time round - Kuchar was well below par and a series of errors proved costly. An added bonus for Kisner is that he now goes to the top of the FedEx Cup points standings at the expense of Rory McIlroy. It was Kuchar's second win in this tournament - he beat Hunter Mahan in another all-American final in 2013.
