Juventus finish their UEFA Champions League Group H campaign at home to Malmo on Wednesday, and head coach Massimiliano Allegri hopes the 'Bianconeri' can progress to the round of 16 in the "best possible way" with victory over their Swedish opponents.

Juventus are tied on 12 points with Chelsea at the top of Group H - although the English club are ahead courtesy of a superior head-to-head record, and that would mean a win at Zenit St. Petersburg for Thomas Tuchel's side will guarantee top spot for the European champions.

The Bianconeri have won their last two matches - 2-0 victories over Salernitana and Genoa in the Italian Serie A - following back-to-back losses against Chelsea in Europe and at home to Atalanta.

The draw for the Champions League round of 16 will take place in Nyon, Switzerland on 13th December.
