Football: Italian Daniele De Rossi announces retirement from football

Daniele De Rossi has announced his retirement from football. De Rossi won the World Cup with Italy in 2006. He joined Boca Juniors in July last year after spending most of his career at AS Roma. De Rossi is the all-time second highest-scoring midfielder for Italy. He is also the fourth-most capped player for the national team.
