Hansi Flick has revealed his admiration for Diego Simeone's Atletico Madrid ahead of Tuesday’s clash. Bayern Munich will face Atletico Madrid in the Champions League and manager Hansi Flick and defender Javi Martinez have spoken ahead of the game on Monday. Bayern have already secured a place in the knockout stages thanks to their 100% record this season while a win for the hosts here would guarantee a place for Los Rojiblancos in the last 16. The Bavarians are currently on a 15-game winning streak but manager Hansi Flick has decided to rest Robert Lewandowski, Manuel Neuer and Leon Goretzka for the game. He explained that Lewandowski and Goretzka are not 100 per cent fit, which adds to Bayern's injury misery, as they're still missing Lucas Hernandez, Alphonso Davies and Joshua Kimmich. Spaniard Martinez is looking forward to the clash, as he returns to home soil and regarded the game to be "very special". A win would secure Bayern the first place in Group A.
