South African cyclist Ashleigh Moolman Pasio has given the world a glimpse into her indoor training regime during the coronavirus lockdown in Spain. A reigning national road race and time trial champion, Moolman Pasio has been using virtual training software to link up with other professional cyclists as she rides a stationary bike at home. Despite uncertainty over the length of her lockdown in Spain, and over what remains of the year's sporting calendar, Moolman Pasio is aiming to peak for the UCI World Championships, which are scheduled to take place in Switzerland in September.
