Cricket News: Kohli becomes number one Test batsman

Virat Kohli became the number one Test batsman after performing fantastically against England in the first Test at Edgbaston Cricket Ground. The Indian cricket team captain Kohli, 29, replaced Smith, 29, who is serving a one-year ban from the international cricket, in order to top the table with 934 points. The 2011 ICC ODI World Cup winner became the India batsman after Sachin Tendulkar to earn the top spot.
