Former India pacer Atul Wassan who was off late named Chairman of the senior selection committee of the Delhi & District Cricket Association has expressed great confidence in the Indian team who whitewashed the West Indies in the recently concluded 2 Match test series. Talking about the performance of the Indian team the former India pacer said that he believes team India can carry momentum from the West Indies series into the home series against South Africa. Wassan also showered words of praise for Ashes hero Steve Smith and India star pacer Jasprit Bumrah.
