Cricket News : Challenge of the heart' for Hayden as Pakistan prepare for T20 World Cup semis

Pakistan's batting coach Mathew Hayden admitted it will be a "challenge of the heart, the challenge of the mind in terms of what's going to happen over the next 24 hours" on the eve of the semifinal of the ICC T20 World Cup against Australia. Hayden himself was a prolific batter for Australia and built a wonderful partnership with Justin Langer, his opening partner and now the Australian coach. Hayden is only associated with the Pakistan team as the batting coach till the end of this tournament but is already impressed with the attitude shown by their young leader Babar Azam and rest of the players. Pakistan have won five matches in a row and the semifinal will be their first knock-out match of the tournament. Hayden paid tribute to another Aussie, Dean Jones, who passed away last year, and also one who had the interest Pakistan cricket very close to his heart. Hayden said he will strive to add value to Jones' contribution to Pakistan cricket.
