Cricket News : Bumrah becomes India's most successful T20 Bowler.

BUMRAH BECOMES INDIA'S MOST SUCCESSFUL T20I BOWLER Jasprit Bumrah produced yet another masterclass of how to bowl in limited overs cricket as he picked up two wickets and gave away just 10 runs in 3.4 overs to help India bowl Scotland out for 85 runs in just 17.4 overs in a Super 12 match of the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup at Dubai. The two wickets took Bumrah's tally in T20 internationals to 64, and as a result he has now become the most successful Indian bowler in the format. SHOAIB AKHTAR CAUTIONS PAKISTAN CRICKET TEAM Former pacer Shoaib Akhtar wants the current semifinal-bound Pakistan team to be cautious of suffering a loss due to a bad day in the office in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021. After winning four back-to-back games in the Super 12 stage of the tournament, Pakistan became the first team to confirm their place in the semi-finals. However, Akhtar recalled how a 1999 World Cup Pakistan team, who were enduring a similar run in the event then, eventually finished runners-up due to just one bad game. Shoaib, therefore, wants the Babar Azam-led side to go all guns blazing and lift the cup. Talking to his own youtube channel, he said, "This World Cup shouldn't slip through our fingers. We don't want a bad day, like in 1999. The way Pakistan are playing currently, and are cruising through games, it reminds me of our 1999 ODI World Cup. So, we don't want any unlucky day which embarrasses us. So, let's win it." CHRIS GAYLE WALKS OFF TO A STANDING OVATION Swashbuckling left-hand batter Chris Gayle walked off the pitch after his dismissal against Australia in Super 12 game in the T20 World Cup in Abu Dhabi to a standing ovation from his teammates, sparking speculation that this may have been the last time he turned up in West Indies colours. With West Indies already out of contention for a place in the semi-finals, the Super 12 game against Australia was their last official fixture in the ongoing T20 World Cup.Gayle has played 103 Tests, 301 ODIs and 79 T20Is for West Indies scoring 7215, 10480 and 1899 runs, respectively, in the three formats. To go along with this, he also has 259 international wickets to his name.
